Anniversary Benefit
Join us for our 41st Anniversary Benefit on Sunday, November 9, at 5:30 PM at Huntington Place at 1 Washington Boulevard in Detroit.
Thank You for Supporting Our 41st Anniversary Benefit
Thank you for standing with us as we honored Zina Kramer, listened to Ambassador Deborah Lipstadt, and marked the 41st anniversary of The Zekelman Holocaust Center. The room told a story of one community - survivors and their families, veterans, educators, civic and community leaders, philanthropists, allies, and friends - refusing to look away. The enduring legacy of the Holocaust is a charge to protect memory and oppose injustice in every generation.
We are excited to share some of our favorite photos and moments from the event in the coming weeks.

Honoring Zina Kramer, Holocaust Education Advocate
We are proud to honor Zina and the memory of Michael Kramer (z"l) this year. As a lifelong advocate for Holocaust education and a beacon of courage, civic dedication, and resilience, Zina exemplifies the values we cherish. Please save the date to recognize her outstanding leadership as we continue to combat antisemitism and hatred together.
Featuring Deborah Lipstadt, Diplomat, Historian, and Acclaimed Author
We are excited to announce Deborah Lipstadt as our Keynote Speaker. Deborah is the former Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism. From 2022-2025, she led efforts to advance U.S. foreign policy to counter antisemitism around the world. At the State Department, she spearheaded efforts to create the Global Guidelines to Combat Antisemitism, endorsed, as of January 2025, by 39 nations, the European Union, and the Organization for American States.
