
Hour of Need: Teaching the Holocaust Through Graphic Novels
February 11 at 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Developed in partnership with the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center, this session will help educators learn best practices for teaching the Holocaust through graphic novels and gain resources on using this text in the classroom. Participants will also:
- Obtain free resources from the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum
- Earn five SCECH hours
- Receive a free copy of Hour of Need: The Daring Escape of the Danish Jews During World War II
- Gain a 20% discount on graphic novels in our Billes Museum Shop
